| Nowadays, House Vietnam J.S.C focuses on two major functions: construction investment in infrastructure - superstruture under construction planning and real estate brokerage service. |

| There's enough evidence to affirm that we are investors, we implement whole investment process according to instructions of town authorities by choosing appropriate locations for investment, conducting compensation and housing clearance, planning construction and infrastructure - superstruture construction according to approved planning lawfully and then solicit our products to customers. |
